This is a somewhat stronger coming together of Charities under one umbrella name, using a <strong>Common Assessment Form<\/strong> to enable each organisation to <strong>signpost<\/strong> anyone they come into contact with around a range of possible needs.<\/p>\n<p>SALT &#8211; <strong>S<\/strong>ocial <strong>A<\/strong>ction <strong>L<\/strong>inked<strong> T<\/strong>ogether is a <b>prototype\u00a0<\/b>to see whether greater co-operation has benefits for all concerned.
