Ground Floor Prayer Room

Off the main area was what had been a small dining area

This served ideally as a smaller prayer room

It could hold a dozen or so people

 

The team often met in there for prayers

It was redecorated at least once

The walls served for prayer notes

 

After a while we were conscious that there was

a definite sense of God’s presence in the room

One classic statement made by one of the youth was

“I don’t believe in God, but you can really feel him here“
