Biden, Israel and Iran
(April 13th 2021) The new American administration is showing itself to be actively anti-Israel. An astounding situation.
Last week, Israeli soldiers attached mines to a commercial Iranian ship in the Red Sea, alledged to be a secret base for the Islamic Revolutionary Guards. The ship was only slightly damaged and there were no casualties. But significantly Israel informed the United States that it was responsible! This suggests that the attack was intended to be a message to the Biden administration that, if the United States won’t stop Iran in its tracks, Israel is prepared to attack it on its own. Such is the alarm in Israel that President Joe Biden appears set to empower Iran and terrorists in the Middle East.
He wants to rejoin the 2015 nuclear deal, which would allow Iran to develop nuclear weapons, directly endangereing Isreal who we know Iran openly wants to eradicate.
American diplomats met with Iranian representatives this week to start renegotiatiing a deal, much to the delight of the Iranians who saw that as a victory.
Similarly one is staggered that the Biden administration is planning to resume funding the Palestinians to the tune of $235 million, as well as giving $150 million to the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA). At best this is cheap war-mongering, supplying armaments to Israel whilst at the same time pouring funds into the hands of their enemies.
